Withdrawal from the contract and Product complaint

You have 30 days to withdraw from the contract with us.
Are you not satisfied with our products or was it an unsuitable gift? Fill in the complaint form and please state the reason why you decided to return the goods. Every piece of feedback is important to us and will help us improve.

 

We do not exchange goods. If the size does not fit you and you wish to order the product in a different size, fill in our complaint form and create a new order. If the requested size is in stock, we will ship the goods to you immediately.
We will refund the money for the original order to your account no later than 14 days from receipt of the complaint.
